About Us

We are enthusiastic about our work. We create the software and design projects shoulder by shoulder, because a large part of our team is in Moscow. We are tackling the problems from the different areas (web, application programming, print and web design, business applications), but the main thing that unites our past and future work is actually the approach. 

You always can find us and contact us. We appreciate your time, we prefer a clear timeline and competent project management. By hiring us as designers and programmers you have both a competent project manager and personnel manager for your order. 

We like to understand not only what’s happening with our projects, but also the things inside and outside. For example, we are obsessed with the marketing, and want to build not just the websites, but that one, that actually do sell and communicate with the customers. We’re trying to make even a simple online business card serve like an excellent tool for your business. 

We understand our clients, step in their shoes, and shoes of their customers. We will speak to you in human language, and you will not hear a single technical term when communicating on the project. On the other hand, if you need a deep technical consultation, we are at your service. 

Designing and writing programs is an applied area, so we put the creativity in its place, and do not let it to destroy all the foundations of the user-friendly program or website on the vine. That’s why in our performance you wont see the annoying websites with the red text on the green background. 

We develop not only small projects. We are interested first and foremost in the problems with the creative or complex technical component. Actually, thanks to the complex projects we are learning, growing and developing. We try to work with every project in that way.

What we do

We can draw / program / write texts / create... We HAD NOT participated in the large projects (operating systems, national advertising campaigns, etc.), but would very much like to do it. If you have any such orders, we are ready to work practically for an interesting project. 

If the task is big then we create a team involving third-party developers. We do not claim to primacy therefore agree to work together with your team on an equal footing, if you share our principles regarding the quality and the approach to work. 

When working in a team each participant can take the place of almost any other, and we try to avoid narrow specialization and a composite approach to the development. Therefore, we do not delay the time and give quality results. Working formally with one person you may not notice the team anywhere but "the final credits”. 

We trying to use different management techniques to create the projects. We have long grown expert in Agile development and SCRUMed in various roles: from scrum-master to the executer. TDD and standards when creating projects - for us it is not an empty phrase. If we talk about the education, almost all of us - graduates of the MIPT, including Masters of Science in Applied Mathematics.
